Apply for Charter.
Founding cohort of fifteen.

Five questions. Five minutes. This form is the warm-channel application — designed for the small set of risk and compliance leaders we're inviting personally. There's no SDR follow-up sequence. There's no marketing automation. Charles reads every submission and replies within 48 hours.

You've watched the Loom

If you're here, it's because you watched the 7-minute walkthrough and something in it resonated. Thank you for that. The questions below are about your firm, not about Déjà. They help us understand whether Charter is the right fit — for you and for the cohort. Honest answers matter more than impressive ones.

Charter Application

Confidential. Your application is stored securely in Déjà's own systems and delivered directly to Charles. No CRM. No sales routing. No AI screening. Read by a human, replied to by a human.

1

Charter is sold to a named decision-maker, not a procurement department. We need to know if you can sign or if you're flagging it for someone who can.

2

Be specific if you can. Most useful answers name a framework, a recent finding, or a number of weeks/people. We'd rather hear "2024 SOC 2 cycle had a finding on evidence reconstruction" than "we have audit pain."

3

Select all that apply.

4

This is the question we care most about. Charter customers have a real triggering event. If you don't have one, that's an honest answer too — Standard tier might be a better fit.

5

Optional. Charter customers shape the DSR/1.0 standard, the receipt schema, and the integration roadmap. Tell us what you'd want to influence.

What happens next

1
Within 48 hours — Charles replies personally. Either a 30-minute call invitation, or an honest "Charter isn't the right fit, here's why, here's what is" redirect.
2
If invited to a call — 30 minutes. Founder-direct. We talk about your audit cycle, your framework stack, your CRO/CISO context. No sales engineer, no demo theater. Just the architecture and your decision.
3
If Charter fits — DPA, security review, contract. Two weeks to onboarding. White-glove from there: founder direct line, DSR/1.0 working group seat, named founding partner status.
4
If Charter doesn't fit — we'll tell you fast. Standard tier path is open. So is the free verifier path. No nurture sequence, no follow-up cadence.
